The Export Project Manager sets up a strategic network and identifies critical dates for any contract in order to finalize a work program for which all duties and time schedules are established. Each project is developed by a dedicated Project Manager that organizes all related activities by coordinating a skilled team.
BASIC and DETAILED ENGINEERING AND DESIGN
SANCO engineers apply their experience to make pragmatic judgements helping customers to make the best decisions. For each project we consider design criteria, protection objectives and budget requirements in order to determine with customers the solution that best suits their needs. In accordance with International rules (NFPA and others), SANCO skilled engineers work out calculations and detailed designs including (upon agreement) layouts, hydraulic calculation and control networks. In order to do this, our technical staff uses 2D and 3D software, like AUTOCAD LT 2011, AUTOCAD 2011 (full version) and ESApro.
